	congrats on 4 weeks! that's the hardest part. joy is yours, it's when you decide to open up to it. it's a choice, i really believe that now. finding joy is finding it inside, tapping into it if you will. i started to 'feel' relieved and light, and joyful around 6weeks though.... > Well, it will be 4 weeks on Friday since I blocked his number . . . total NC.
