Easy answer: she's not involved in HIS religious habits (no pun intended) or HIS church. My ex is very active in her church, we've been separated for about 5 years, and as far as I know not even the priest knows about it. When our grand daughter was baptized I was there, and other than the priest asking about my religious beliefs [I told her I was there to say a "Shema Yisrael" over the baby to make sure ALL bases were covered] no one cared about her status or secular activities.

[aside for the oldtimers: I know what yer thinking, ya buncha smartalecks, and NO!! the place wasn't struck by lightening when I walked in.]
