    Hey Kel, we had a similar post about all of this a few months back, didn't we? Like others have said $40 is cheap! I pay $80 every time I walk in the door...but like so many, I decided it was an investment in me and has proven to be worth every penny.

For me, I was spinning my wheels with MM and my issues and going nowhere fast until I started therapy. And then I began to learn and work through that many of the horrible things I was feeling and doing and experiencing had very little to do with MM.

The longer you go without addressing some of this underlying stuff, the less likely you will ever feel much different.

And yes, MANY therapists are willing to talk about adjusting their fees to make therapy affordable.

I do really hope you take this advice to heart this time. It took me hitting complete and utter rock bottom for me to reach out to a therapist and I so regret not doing it sooner.
