	I think you would be surprised at how much even a few visits can help - I was. As oithers suggested, some therapists have a sliding scale depending on your ability to pay, any chance you have a program through work that would cover it? - Also, like others, I have found a lot of useful reading material online, and in the library. I don't know your situation, but for me, reading about abandonment issues put some of my situation into better persepective. ((Kel))
